1 /5 Kate MacCloud: Unfortunately my experience was not very good. Everyone was kind but my nails turned out horrible. As you can see in the photo my cuticles look awful and were bleeding. She took the nail drill along my cuticles and caused me to bleed on several fingers. It was incredibly painful, but I’m not good at confrontation or speaking up from myself so I didn’t. When she noticed, I was bleeding she started rubbing my open cut with the towel underneath my hands which is incredibly unsanitary and painful. You’re not supposed to rub a cut when you get one, you clean it properly and tap the blood away. She did none of this. She then took the nail glue and started gluing the cuts along my cuticles to stop the bleeding. This is incredibly unsafe and unprofessional. I’ve seen people get horrible infections from nail salons and I am at risk for one now as well. The first picture that is shown is not even the work done by the girl who did my nails (the second picture shown of me in the car is the work she did). I came home and took my own nail drill and drilled off the polkadots she put on there. I redid the polkadots and reshaped them with my nail file once I got home. My nails were incredibly lumpy and uneven before. No one should have to go home and redo their nails that cost them $94. I also got a pedicure, which was ok they look nice. But she cut my toenails without asking me if she would’ve asked me I would’ve told her to only file. She also stepped away to do someone’s eyebrows while I was getting my nails done. This wasn’t a super big deal to me, but if I’m going to pay $94 for nail services, I expect your full undivided attention. Overall, everyone was nice, but their service was lacking in time management, professionalism, and quality. I will not be returning nor will I recommend this place to anyone I know.
