But billing you promptly is not an issue whatsoever. This place needs a top-to-bottom evaluation of its patient communications management to improve.
Excellent physicians are here, but this practice is overly large and poorly managed regarding patient communication; patient care goals are secondary in day-to-day operations. I was an established patient, and yet I struggled to get an appointment (4 calls), leave messages, and even call a”through their “hospital or doctor” line and still received an automated message prompting me to leave a recorded message.
