1 /5 Gisela Castellanos: ON JANUARY 25 I VISTED THIS FACILITY i HAD MY TEETH CHECKED AND EX-RAY TAKEN . I PAID FOR MY SERVICES.
I PROCEEDED TO MAKE MY NEXT APPOINTMENT AND ADVISE THAT I HAD DENTAL INSURANCE , TO PLEASE VERIFY COVERAGE AS I HAD SIMPLY WITH TENTAL COVERAGE
I GOT A CALL BACK TELLING ME I HAD NO COVERAGE.
i CALLED MY INSURANCE TO FIND OUT THAT I DID HAVE COVERAGE AND THE INSURANCE COMPANY CALLED THEM AND ASKED IF THEY TOOK THE DENTAL COVERAGE PART AND THEY SAID YES.
i CALLED BACK TO TELL THEM THIS AND WHAT I GOT WAS A COMPLETE SET BACK . AND A BUNCH OF EXCUSES.
THE PROBLEM IS NOT THE PROCESS , IT WAS THE COMUNICATION AND THE FORM IT WAS COMUNICATED.
i GUESS THEY WANTRED ME TO KEEP PAYING.
i GOT SO UPSET THAT I CANCEL MY APPOINTMENT .
DOCTOR WAS VERY GOOD , BUT THE PERSON THEY HAVE TAKEN CARE OF THE INSURANCE AND IN CUSTOMER SERVICE, LACK IN PROFFESINALISM . IF YOU HAVE INSURANCE VERIFY BEFORE GOING IN FOR YOUR SERVICE
