    Celestine Humphrey: The owner is a crook. Showed up for a roadside call knowing he was not equipped for the task as described on the call. He then claimed he could order the parts and they would be ready at 11am in his shop. He charged for freight for the parts in addition to service call and mileage that he could not explain I estimate it at just over $50/mile since he was only a few minutes away. Next day he was 6 hours late and dodged phone calls, he later claimed he traveled to Jacksonville to pick up the parts. We were charged $150 for freight. He also refused to explain his labor rate which after much pressing he settled on a number and charged 4 hours of labor. His language was foul and he was very unprofessional. I highly advise “do not use” for any repair work.

    SmithlineLLC Marine Transport: Not a reliable roadside establishment. This guy proceeds to fluff up the type of service he provides with what experience and equipment he has. I called him to assist my stranded son. He came out removed a part and never returned. I called multiple times and text. He never answered and deliberately forwarded my calls to voice mail. After several hrs had passed I ended up having to drive six hrs from Atl with my own service tech to fix the problem so that my son would not be stranded. This establishment is not reliable by any means!

    Joseph Starling: Stopped by on a Saturday morning without an appointment and I needed 4 tires mounted and balanced. One of their employees had the day off, so only one person there doing the work. He gladly accepted the work and got started almost immediately! Took 35 minutes in and out. After finishing, he apologized for taking so long? ARE YOU SERIOUS? I am used to hours of waiting at other places. Has my business and recommendations for as long as their doors are open!! Great price, quality work, and excellent customer service with friendly staff!!
