SmithlineLLC Marine Transport Not a reliable roadside establishment. This guy proceeds to fluff up the type of service he provides with what experience and equipment he has. I called him to assist my stranded son. He came out removed a part and never returned. I called multiple times and text. He never answered and deliberately forwarded my calls to voice mail. After several hrs had passed I ended up having to drive six hrs from Atl with my own service tech to fix the problem so that my son would not be stranded. This establishment is not reliable by any means!

Penny Coffey Blew inside rear tire on motorhome. Was able to get 4 new. Owner called her son into work, (partners) and he did the job for us. Thank you all so much for getting us back on the road!

Bradlee Coe Would never do business here. He lied to me about multiple things. Now U-Haul has been taking money out my account. Dont do business here. Beware. Your debit card number will be used for stuff you didnt authorize

Tyrone Gray Highly do not recommend. Took him my sons car a few months ago. If you know the location of the business. It was the white Audi parked outside for over a month. Not only did he not fix the original problem. We got the car back with even more issues. The fan needed to be repaired. Now the fan starts up without the car being hot or even on for that matter. Thats just one issue. It also still lose power while driving. He basically didnt fix anything. But he made almost $400.00. Also got car back with a dent in the trunk along with several scratches. Do not take your imports to this guy. Now I have to pay someone else to actually fix the car.

Rob Wallace Had to take my 05 MB CLK 500 in for some considerable repairs. This shop is very professional and very knowledgeable. Would absolutely recommend to anyone that needs their European car repaired. Just remember, you get what you pay for!

Thompson Lauwan (Thai Dancer) Let me start with - I have found my lifelong mechanic for my 1979 Mercedes Benz 450SL. Steve was wonderful!! He is EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE!! I brought my Benz to him to fix anything that needed fixing. He went over the entire car and did just that - at a reasonable price ! He explained everything that he did, why he did it and how. I am thoroughly pleased with him and his shop. If you have a European car I HIGHLY RECOMMEND you call Steve . An honest mechanic doing an honestly great job!!

Leslie Cappelli This was my first experience with auto repair, and I am very pleased! I was hit by a deer, and I was worried about my car. The staff was friendly and prompt about calling and answering my calls. The repairs were completed in a timely manner, and they worked directly with my insurance so I didnt have to! I will be using them again. It is as good as new!

Garrel Behrends Had a car break down on a trip to Illinois. Needed a new transmission. The dealership in town failed me and based on reviews, Triple D was selected. What a lucky choice. Dennis was wonderful. He not only repaired the car he did it on a time crunch. He made some promises and followed through on everything. Too bad I couldn’t give more than 5 stars. Sam was also very helpful and court.

Cynthia Daniels Over the past three years Triple D Automotive has helped us keep our cars safely on the road. Ms. Sam in the office is so kind and helpful. And Mr. Dennis took his time explaining and showing me the problem and outlined the steps to correct it. Very happy to have a functioning car and affordable fixes.

Tim Bowdoin Very bad experience with Tire Mart. Recently I had my front end diagnosed on the passenger front side. They said there would be no diagnostic fee. When I talked to the technician he did not know what the problem was. When my car is backing out and I turn to the left the wheel bumps really super bad and the technician said he couldnt duplicate the problem. The wheel is about to fall off almost. When I asked him about the control arm and ball joint he said he wasnt sure. He would not give me a definite answer what was wrong with the car. He said he didnt know. I asked him about the struts. He said it was leaking. The technician said that might be the problem but he didnt know. But the struts will not cause this problem. So my bad was having them replace the control arm and ball joint which I thought might be a shot in the dark. That was my bad. When I called them back, they said they had replaced the control arm but not the ball joint when I was told the ball joint would be replaced. My advice is go somewhere else.

Experience Being TLDR: Tire Mart fixed my ac but now all it does is blow fuses because a positive wire is touching somewhere and blowing my fuses. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!! I had my air conditioning "fixed" by tire Mart. A few weeks later my fuse blew. Then I replaced the fuse and it blew again. So I went from a 20 amp to a 30 amp. Blew the 30 amp fuse. There is a positive wire touching my frame somewhere and Im not paying these bozos to fix what they messed up in the first place. Im going to stick to doing it myself.

marvin Wheeler Poor service. First they lost my key fob but eventually found it. then i got home and found my air filter was not put back in my truck. Then i had to take the truck back up there because they didnt put enough oil in it. This use to be a good place. something has changed..

Sly Fernandez de Castro The Honda of Lake City Service Center has provided my mothers 2012 Accord with excellent service considering the extremely tight timeline we had. I had the starter switched out, oil change and transmission fluid flush. They did a great job. The part was expensive, but I have come to find that you really do get for what you pay for. Brandon was my service coordinator and did a great job at understanding my concerns and offered solutions. He also was patient, which is very much appericated. I felt reassured that in the case that he did not know the answer (he is brand new), that he would refer to a senior member. Bottom line, honest guy we can trust. A big thank you to the Honda Service team.

Megan Desko Wonderful customer service and kind people. We had a problem in the middle of a road trip on a Friday afternoon before a holiday weekend, and they fit us in & found the problem. It was a tire issue that we needed to go elsewhere to have fixed, but instead of just sending us off to figure it out, they called around to find a tire place with the correct tires for us and made sure we knew how to get there. They didn’t even charge us because figuring out the problem was quicker than they expected. I am so grateful we found them!

Jeff Stout Darrell the owner was incredible!!!! He treated my truck just as if it was his own. He is extremely knowledgeable. Heather and Cynthia were absolutely wonderful to me. They had to replace the engine on my truck and they did a very good job. They kept me up to speed on the progress of my truck. Darrell answered all of my questions and put me at ease which made me feel much better. When they told me my truck was ready I had no way to get there. Darrell personally came out and got me at my house and took me back to the shop. After I picked up my truck, there was a minor glitch on it. I took it back to the shop, and Darrell’s mechanic addressed it immediately. it was just a minor issue and it was resolved. They even washed my truck up for me before I picked it up. I would not hesitate to recommend Johnny’s auto repair to anyone. They treat their customers with respect, professionalism, and courtesy.I just want to add that I had a couple of issues after my engine replacement. Johnnys has continued to resolve the issues everytime. They listen to my concerns and answered all my questions to make sure I was satisfied.

Tanzania Williams Dave was amazing. I called in regarding my car making weird noises, he told me to bring it in and within 30 minutes he had me out the door. Smooth sailing. Highly recommend this shop.

Dora Kinsler It took me a few to get this done, but here goes. We were in Florida for a visit and ended up buying a truck. We knew it would need work but didnt expect it to be before we even got the temporary tag to get it home. Half block from DMV it broke down. My niece started calling every mechanic she could find. Praise be to God. David was right around the corner. He came straight over and told me his shop was a few blocks away, and he would be happy to try and get us on the road home. He gave me a good price and had it done in a few hours. Thanks Again Dude !!!!

jtmrr llc My experience was smooth and easy. I needed a spare replacement . I called them and they had me back rolling in 20 minutes. Good price as well I would definitely use them again. Thanks again

Jake Andersen Terrible. Told them I was stranded on the side of the highway and he said he would be there in 45 minutes. I thought this would be great since several other places said three hours. An hour and a half later no one had showed up and they wouldn’t answer the phone. I called another place that I had talked to previously and he said he would be on the way shortly. they showed up figured out the problem quickly. Got it fixed and got me on my way.

Jackie Mccanless John is absolutely amazing. My truck was at another shop who told me only ford could fix it, then it was at the ford dealership for 2 weeks, $4k later and the problem still wasn’t fixed. the engine continued to misfire and ac wouldn’t work. John figured out the problem and had it fixed the same day for a much more responsible price. I wish I would’ve went to him first, Definitely recommend this place!

Christine Dick My jeep Cherokee broke down over Thanksgiving weekend while we were traveling to Georgia. Polo was very honest and professional throughout the process. He was able to find a great price on an engine and put it in for us the next week. He went beyond expectations to assist us and work within our time frame

Benjamin Durham Our car broke down on our way home from vacation. It was Labor Day, so almost everything in town was closed. We got a tow to this shop. Polo, the shop owner, took a look at our car and told us exactly what needed to be done. Unfortunately, he wasnt able to get the part that day due to the holiday. Both auto rental shops in town were closed, so we had to wait several hours for a ride to come pick us up. Polo opened his office to us and made us as comfortable as possible. He even surprised us by bringing us something to eat! He had the car fixed the next day, and was very accommodating with our arrangements to come back and pick up our vehicle. He charged a very reasonable rate for the repair. I cant speak highly enough of Polo and his shop and what a blessing they were to us when we were in a bad situation. I highly recommend Lake City Auto Repair for their expertise and professionalism!
