2 /5 Joshua Smith: Wife took her 2015 Honda accord in after the radiator fan quit working. She was quoted $1100 for the repair along with a thermostat housing. She agreed to the repairs to have her car fully functional again. Upon pickup car seemed to be running cooler but was dying all of a sudden at stops. Upon taking it into get looked at,we were shown where the air intake boot had been torn while replacing the thermostat housing. Roughly a few months later the thermostat housing is leaking again and the car is overheating again. A quick call to the shop and after numerous calls they were finally willing to fix their work,we explained to them we needed the car back within a few days for a roadtrip. We ended up having to rent a car out of pocket for their warranty work of getting a thermostat housing that took days to get from their supplier. Upon returning we picked the car up after hours parked out front. Less then a week later the car is already overheating again and the newly replaced radiator fans are not turning on. After costing us more get a thousand dollars we are in the same boat if not worse off then when we originally contacted this shop. We will now have to go to Coggins to have them go over what was damaged due to these insufficient repairs.
