2 /5 Michelle Williams: Large lack of communication. Staff is not very attentive, the only good thing as I see it is that the physical therapy staff is attentive, as far as the rest the staff sucks!! Very disappointed in the " care " my loved one is receiving. I wouldnt put my dog in this place!! I believe I will bring my fiance home & have physical therapy come to our home & Ill take care of him myself..I have 15+ yrs taking care of pople....I will be looking into this.

1 /5 Jessica Cooper: I would leave zero stars if I could. My dad opted for this place after being diagnosed with stage 4 adrenal cancer early this year. He was “kicked out” every time he left to go to the VA. Each time it was for a different reason. He refused physical therapy because he could barely walk. His nurse told him that “it’s just cancer. Stop being such a baby about it” if you love your family member, please steer clear of this facility.

Ayers Health & Rehabilitation Center - Trenton Shell Cook: My mom has been there. Virginia McCook for going on 7 years. Ive pretty much never had a problem. If I have, its always been dealt with respectfully. But I love this place. They are always doing something. With the residents to keep them happy and involved. I love this place for My mom.. The nurses are very sweet and respectful, and so are the cnas I would highly recommend it.

Florida Community Health Centers, Inc. - Moore Haven Anne Staden: I love coming to a place that treats me with respect and care for my needs. Mileydi Morales is an amazing person, she is very caring to the needs of her clients. She helped me with my Medicare plan, she is very patient and explained everything to me where I could understand. She always treats me like family and that is special to me. Thank you to this clinic for having her helping the glades county community we appreciate all she does.

Florida Department of Health in Glades County - Moore Haven Juana Sanchez: They do walk ins and there isnt a long wait more like an express lane. Great place for birth control, paps and kids vaccinations etc.

Ascension Sacred Heart Gulf - Port St Joe Shannan Begley: Took my mom to the ER at 2 am. She was throwing up with bad abdominal pain. We were met at the door by a very nice security guard. He brought a wheelchair and pushed her inside. Once inside the ER they were quick to assess her. After the ct scan was read Dr. Smiley let us know she would be admitted for a bowel obstruction. Dr. Smiley and the nurses were absolutely wonderful, helping me and my mom feel comfortable and confident with her care. Once in her room, we continued to receive the same excellent care. Dr. Root, the nurses and techs were all excellent. They were very nice, professional and helpful. They were so good, I felt comfortable leaving my mom to go take care of her yorkie. I can’t tell you how wonderful it was knowing she was being treated well and taken care of. She was discharged this morning as the blockage resolved itself. If it hadn’t, I felt 100% confident in Dr. Root doing surgery on my mom. I want to say THANK YOU, to each person involved with my mom’s care!

Ascension Sacred Heart Emergency Care - Gulf - Port St Joe Loretta Lake: I went into Sacred Heart ER department. I was impressed with how clean friendly and efficient this department is. I was quickly and politely taken care of, prescribed what I needed and sent on my way within one hour and a half. The admitting staff to the RN and Practitioner were extremely thorough, professional and comforting! 5 stars for sure!

AdventHealth Wauchula ER - Wauchula K Pruett: Great little ER with the nicest staff! From Cameron and the other EMT on the ambulance ride, to the ER nurse and the tech and the front desk people..Everyone was friendly, kind, and professional! All of our needs and requests were met quickly! The doctors orders were completed very quickly with results shared as soon as the nurse got them. We felt like we were in good hands the entire visit. The facility was super clean and had all the necessary supplies.We would definitely return to this facility if need be! On top of that, they called us the next day just to check on our loved one to see how he was doing!! They were just awesome!
