I contacted UF Student records (turns out the only person who worked with microfiche retired; who knew?) and searched Florida SHOTS for a copy of my childhood immunizations to no avail. One quick call to Hamilton County Public Health Department and an awesome helper named Tina is all it took! She volunteered to go look in the paper records maintained there (circa 1970-80s) and once located advised me she would enter into Florida SHOTS and once done email me a copy for my records here in Texas!! Tina and Hamilton County Health Dept to the rescue. Nothing like small town service.... even for this new Texan. ****

5 /5 Mary E. Crisp: Great little health department. Did a great job scheduling and delivering the Covid-19 vaccine. Despite limited staff, they efficiently greeted us, handled paperwork, and had us in/out in less than 30 minutes (no lines/no waiting - except 15 minutes after to make sure no reaction). Many thanks for their care during these challenging times!
