1 /5 sham: Do NOT recommend this salon. I paid $350 for a color service that was nothing like the reference photos I showed them. I asked for a lighter blonde shade and left with my hair darker than before and damaged. They never told me it would take multiple sessions to achieve the look I wanted—I only found that out after they had already ruined my hair. On top of that, they kept upcharging me throughout the appointment without explaining why. I wasn’t made aware of their no-refund policy until after the service, which meant once they messed up my hair, I had no way of getting my money back. This salon is dishonest and takes no accountability. If you want a place that actually listens to their clients and delivers what they promise, go somewhere else.

5 /5 Jordan Webster: Emma did the most amazing job on my hair! She corrected my blonde and spent HOURS doing so. She educated me throughout the whole process and showed me where my previous work needed corrections. She made me feel like the only girl in the world and went above and beyond to ensure my experience was luxury! She blew out my hair and curled it after. She gave me the best color and style experience I’ve ever had! I will forever be an Emma at Trove girlie! I am so grateful!

She walked me through options she was even able to show me kind of what things would look like. Shes very good with hair. And she was very knowledgeable.. I changed how I wanted things two or three different times she was very patient she understood and she gave me a great haircut. They provide such great service at Chelsea thanks again

Gather A Luxury Salon - Tallahassee Whitney Miller: My sister in law hired Amanda Bruce to do our hair for her wedding. I just want to start by saying that I have been in a few weddings and am usually underwhelmed or my hair falls before the wedding even starts. I was the second girl to get her hair curled at 10AM and my hair looked exactly the same at 5PM. I also want to mention that my hair was 2 days old and straightened and Amanda assured me that my hair wouldn’t fall because of the products she had. I never felt more beautiful! She is beyond talented. I’m going to add the group photo of all the bridesmaids to show her work.

Moxie Hair Studio - Tallahassee Emma: Jen H was recommended to me by my former stylist who moved away. I am in a super awkward phase of growing out a pixie and she definitely made it less awkward! After my experience today, I would highly recommend her. GENERAL SUMMARY: great communication, great technique, great price ... I particularly loved that before starting, she explained what she was thought was best and why she thought that (and we were even on the same page!). Excited to see what she can do once I give her a bit more hair to work with! DETAILS: I started off showing her older photos of my hair in different styles and also the length I want to get to plus some inspirational photos from internet searches. I had one thing in mind then literally the morning of the appt, I realized it was unlikely to be attainable this time around. I hadnt quite gotten into physically showing her which sections of my hair I thought needed to go and which needed to stay when she took the same sections of my hair and then took the words out my mouth! She also used the exact cutting techniques I wanted, and when I mentioned there was a technique I didnt like, she said she would never do that on my type of hair (curly, thin, and tons of it). She gave it to me straight and what I really appreciated was that she didnt cut certain parts of my hair at all. That probably seems weird to appreciate but people dont realize that youre not paying for the hair that is cut off; you are paying for the hair that is left on! Because you wont be syling the hair on the floor, now will ya?!?!
