5 /5 Senada: I went here for my prenatal care and now for my baby after giving birth and I will never switch. The front desk is always so nice and super professional. I dont get how they don’t have 5 starts by now especially with having Dr. Smith-Sutton there she was not only professional but made me feel like I was family. I am a first time mom and I was very nervous but she made my experience so enjoyable from my prenatal visits to my labor and than my check ups after delivering the baby! She is super compassionate and you can clearly tell that she loves what she is doing!!! Highly recommend this place!!!!

1 /5 Lu Timmons: In short, the psychiatrist they have there made me feel judged, belittled, and wanted to alter the meds I’ve been on for the past 8 years. Asked questions she should have been better informed, and I felt like she had pre-judgement of my mental health. I don’t recommend her. EVER.

1 /5 Josh Vasquez: We have been visiting this location for many years, but unfortunately, this is the first time we’ve felt so uncomfortable due to the poor customer service provided by Catalina, a particular staff member. There were no solutions or options offered, and my wife has felt extremely stressed during our last four visits. The unprofessionalism and personal attitude of this employee are concerning and need to be addressed. I’m sure she is capable of doing better without this attitude and her poor approach to customer service.

1 /5 Jasmine: Do not waste your time here. I’ve been her a couple times each time is beyond a disappointment. I almost wonder if these are real medical providers bc they are by far the most unknowledgeable staff. Literally they can barely read blood work, very disorganized, the nurse actually almost dropped my test swap and the other nurse laughed and said we are still figuring it out. Then she almost put it into the wrong container thank goodness the doctor caught her In time and once again they thought it was funny. It was not. The podiatrist is a joke and can’t do any sort of lab work or scrapings . The psychiatrist is even even bigger joke. He is literally about 100 years old and knows absolutely nothing about psychiatric. He only prescribes antidepressants nothing more. The place is dirty. Not clean at all. I would almost rather find a free clinic to go to than to ever step foot in this place again.

None: Let me paint this picture for you. So I was once employed by them and QUIT due to the hostile environment this place once was. When I quit I started seeing Dr. Chan. She is one of the best PCP’s anyone can have unfortunately this is not her practice so rules have to be followed. So when I quit I started seeing Dr.Chan because I needed and wanted a Dr that knew what she was doing due to me having a very complicated health history. I once owed them for a bill which I made it clear to Sherry (billing) that we were living on one income so it was hard for me to make ends meet but when I was able to I would pay it. Prior to the bill being paid a medical records request was sent over in which he refused to send over because I had a balance. Made my attorney aware which then I emailed Dr. Rosen (owner of practice) on what she said and she completely denied telling me “ she wasn’t going to send over my medical request because I had a balance” she then finally sent them over to the requesting agency. I went for my physical and was seeing Dr. Chan for once again severe health issues: boom I get a bill for a balance of $50.00….. YUP $50.00 . Explain again to sherry I will pay it prior to my next appt I had scheduled with Dr. Chan. One day I decide to login to my patient portal because I was going to send Dr. Chan a message and I get transferred to Sherry. “ O hi Joanna did you not receive the letter we sent you?” No, what letter? We dismissed you from our practice . Dr. Chan will no longer be able to see you,. What? Why? Because you haven’t been keeping your appointments, I’m like what my scheduled appt hasn’t even come up yet. “O yea you have a balance of $50” ahhh that’s the real reason why. I told her you know what I’m not going to pay it now forreal send it to collections. Fast forward here we are years later and I am finally getting the proper medical attention again from a PCP I am comfortable with and like after not seeing a Dr for years and here this Sherry is again or whoever is in billing or maybe even Dr. Rosen as Sherry does run things by him from time to time and my new PCP still hasn’t gotten my medical records. Please avoid this place at all costs! They definitely aren’t in the best interest of the patients. Keep it moving I promise there is a pcp with less headaches, and better practice standards.

The procedure (CT left knee) was uneventful and took less than 10 minutes. I had prepaid my copayment online prior to arrival, so there was no checkout. My experience was very good.

J G: Tried my best to see Robert Benjamin for hernia surgery. They rescheduled the 2nd consultation appointment for a month later than the original. Appointment was at 1:20 today. I finally walked out at 4:15. Almost 3 hours of waiting is unacceptable. I felt like a low priority. Very disappointing visit to a surgeons office.
