5 /5 Zoe: I ended up emailing the ladies here, as I found them on Groupon. They were able to squeeze me in just two days later and honor my Groupon price without the Groupon; I was having issues with the app. I am not one to trust many people with my hair, especially with a change I have never done before, but I looked past the prior reviews to give them a try.
When I got to the salon, they sat me down, put me in their kimono and towel, and explained to me to the point what the pricing would be and for what.
I went from a dark brown to a purple with zero bleach and it took amazing.
Sarah was the one who did my hair; she was quiet and sweet. They were kind enough to even charge my phone for me, since it died during my visit.
I definitely do suggest giving this place a try, as I had no issues and was treated very well there.
The color changes a bit depending on the lighting and I love that, especially with all the different depths of color.
I will leave an update in a week or two of how the color has lasted but today I am highly satisfied upon first impression.
