No one is responsible for sending laboratory tests.

Moffitt Cancer Center - Tampa tandc4vr: Uncompassionate, inflexible care. Worst hospital and clinic system I have ever had the need of visiting. I have been followed for 30 plus years across the US for my health issues. Moffitt was recommended to me when I moved to Florida. I am now in the process of finding a different cancer center closer to my home because of the issues I’m having here. Look at the recent reviews - many of them are negative for a reason. It’s hard to get appointments here without even simple labs and scans being months out. When you are dealing with cancer, you don’t have that time. Doctor appointments are minimum of five months out. Refusal and inability to schedule multiple appointments for one day so you have to deal with the drive, traffic, and parking nightmare here multiple times a month. Condescending staff who refuse to assist patients with simple requests. There are other places rated better.

This urgent care is ALWAYS understaffed. They do not have enough staff to meet the demand of business they have. I came for a TB test, I do not need to see a Dr, and have been waiting for over an hour. There is one staff working to round on every single patient they have here the lady at the front desk told me. I took my son to the actual emergency room last night and waited way less than I actually do at this specific urgent care location. Save yourself time and go to another urgent care.
