2 /5 JAFO 72: Ive been in the VA Healthcare system as a patient for over 10 years. This is by far the worst CBOC I have encountered. Twice I have driven 30+ minutes for a scheduled appointment, only to be told upon arrival that its a virtual appointment or conference call. There was nothing in the appointment schedule to let me know. The receptionists are rude and could care less about the Veterans there.
