Bad business, if you can call me to ask why I didnt show you could have called me the day before to confirm the appointment. I work in a medical facility, we confirm all of our appointments.

One is that one of the nurses who put iv in my arm left me bruised and the bruise is still there 6 months later. Also leaving me in a room or waiting well over an hour just to get results had me feeling invisible. For the most part everyone was nice, I just would have appreciated more attention to my needs and not forgetting about me.
