5 /5 Kelcie Dekker: I have utilized their emergency services twice as well as their general veterinary services (many times, hah) as well as their boarding service —and I have zero complaints! The property is clean and the staff is very friendly. I would recommend this establishment to all pet moms and dads in Vero. Casey & Doctor Flowers deserve pay raises because they go above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and supported during our visits.

5 /5 Bill Thorne: I will only say that we brought our dog into the clinic while he was in great distress. The staff was attentive, the veterinarian(s) took the time to communicate what they were doing, why they were doing it, and how that could help to address the problem and get him around the corner to better health. Regrettably, the old dog wasn’t as resilient as he used to be. They kept me informed and they didn’t set unrealistic expectations. After four days, we had to let Rosco go. It was the worst outcome, but I take comfort in the knowledge that we got the counsel and advice without bias in order to make that decision. I highly recommend the Veterinary Medical Center of Indian River County.

5 /5 Cee Jean: Excellent service! My local vet recommended this fine establishment as my little old man Ronald had a broken tooth and has a bad heart. Dr. Flowers and Nurse Dan were exceptional and you can tell they care about what they do. The team took expert care of my best friend and they will do the same for yours. Remember these professionals are people with lives and trauma in their own world and they still show everyday to take care of us. Vets are an incredible part of our community, please give them grace and be kind! Thank you guys for helping Ronald!

5 /5 Julie Vergara: I had to bring in my sweet 14.5 year old Stevie Ray in the middle of the night after he had what appeared to be a seizure. I left him there for diagnostics and observation then had to go back in the afternoon as he was getting worse as he had some type of stroke. Stevie had never been there before but the way the night and day staff there at night there treated him, you would have thought he was a regular. They could not have been more compassionate as I made the most difficult decision to let him go to the bridge. The care and love he received was top-notch while he was alive, during his transition and afterwards when they gave me his ashes. How gently they treated me along with the card I received from them is so very special and will bring me comfort.

5 /5 Kendra Vaughan: Just had to bring our cat in this weekend due to a urinary blockage. They took such good care of him and walked us through all possible outcomes. The total for his stay ended up being significantly less than the low end of the price estimate, which was wonderful, they sent us home with everything we needed including food and it was obvious from how they spoke about him that they really were giving him their attention and care. They also did not hesitate to provide updates during his 2 night stay and let us visit with him, as we were very sad to be away from him. What a great emergency vet and caring staff, cannot recommend enough! Toulouse says thank you!
