Since she was booked, she asked Gerri if she had availability, which she did. The salon is very clean and they go above and beyond to ensure that everything is sanitized. They also wear face masks and face shields. Gerri is very professional, sweet, and welcoming. She is timely and I was her primary focus. She was not working on others while she was servicing me, and I really appreciate that. Although my hair is a severely damaged, she was honest with me, but also assured me that it will eventually get to a healthy place. She did a great job on my haircut and silk press. I was so excited that I found a place that I liked that I wanted to make my next appointment when I got in the car ... but remembered that she advised me to wait to see how my hair responds to the silk press.
