I have asked several times in the last month or more and still no refund. I requested to have an appointment with Dr Alex Planes and was told someone would call me, that was over a week ago and no call yet. Maybe Dr Planes himself would be willing to call me to get this matter settled.

LB Gill: Dr. Israel and his staff are great! They do what they say and are so helpful re insurance etc. I had a difficult molar extraction with an extra root and posts from an old root canal. He was upfront about the difficulty and discomfort after. It’s not been easy, taking extra patience, but The procedure itself with IV sedation went extremely well. The only thing I might suggest is they extend the timeline on salt water rinse-The instruction sheet they send home with you states to do this 72 hours after. For the week follow up, the dr stated I could now rinse with the warm salt water. I had already done this and believe is what caused the blood clot to come loose-I was very careful. The sheet needs to state a week later for the saltwater rinse or just when the doctor tells you. I can’t recommend them highly enough!
