Doug has called me after he recognized my brothers blood was unusual abnormal. Doug has left his availability open when it comes to my brothers care. I got my brother in the car and Doug did His appointment via my brothers passenger car window. We are grateful for the level of care we are receiving at West Florida medical associates. 1 /5 Debbie T: The office staff is competent, Dr. Torralba - not so much. This is operated like a training facility where you explain your situation to a practicing doctor who then explains it to the attending physician - so even though the "real" doctor is in the room, you speak with the doctor in training. Dr. Torralba prescribed the wrong dosage of a medication. When I brought it up at a subsequent visit she only replied, "Oh yeah, remember I said there was a lower dose of that medicine." Then she sent me to the wrong specialist causing months of delay in my treatment. When I tried to get a referral to the correct specialist, the office tried to make me come back in before theyd give me a referral to the correct doctor. At that point I switched to another medical provider.

Dr. Golkar was exceptional—caring, knowledgeable, and incredibly skilled. Jeffery Jordan, MD - Inverness Tabitha owens: Lacks to listen to patients and ignoring phone calls from patients. Dose not care enough to return phone calls to his patients. Completely disrespectful and dose not care about the patient. Only the money he gets from seeing them. Do not recommend.

Armando Rojas, MD - Inverness Tammy Kirby: Dr Rojas takes his time to answer any and all questions. As women we all know this is not a pleasant experience but his professionalism and compassion make it easier. His staff is also compassionate and take the time to make you feel more at ease. Highly recommend him.

Inverness Medical Imaging - Inverness Susan Collin: This place is incredible! Every staff member is efficient, competent, timely, knowledgeable, welcoming and friendly! Had a bone density with Shirley and cat scan with Lizzy, was in and out in half hour. That’s after check in/copay process with a sweet receptionist. They run an extremely well-oiled machine. Thanks to everyone!

HCA Florida Cardiac Surgical Specialists - Citrus - Inverness Gypsy White: Dr. Kim was very rude, unprofessional and well unprepared for our appointment. He obviously did not even look at the paperwork before coming into the room. The nurse had to come into the room twice to show him he had the paperwork in hand that he was telling us we did not fill out. He also visibly got upset because of a scan he said he did not have but after the third time looking through the paperwork in his hand he found it. Our actual consultation time with him personally was about 3 minutes long. There was other things to but Im afraid if I say too much this review will be taken down. I dont see how he has so many 5 star ratings honestly.

Dr. Pablo E. Figueroa, MD - Inverness Teri Sanford: He has been my doctor for over 2 years now. He is always so helpful and listens to what I have to say , he always helps with my needs. Him and his staff in my opinion are very nice and I am grateful to have him as my doctor. Even with insurance changes he does not take my insurance so I still pay out of pocket for my visits and I wouldnt have it any other way! Thankful for him :)

Govantes Carlos G MD - Inverness Laraine Jordan: I have been a patient of Dr Govantes for the past four years and I’m so thankful I found this amazingly kind, patient and thorough physician. Dr Govantes takes his time with you and really listens to the concerns or issues you’re experiencing. He thoroughly explains an issue, offers options and recommendations. He has a wonderful sense of humor and puts you at ease from the moment he enters the room which helps you better explain your reason for the visit. His staff couldn’t be nicer or more helpful. Tracey his nurse has been there since I began going there, and she’s also is a very kind and patient person. Any time I’ve called the office when I was sick they got me in to see the doctor, or refilled prescriptions that had run out almost immediately. I’ve watched the staff interact with patients many of whom are older with compassionate care and understanding! This doctor and his staff really care about your healthcare, and I thank God I was fortunate enough to have found them because of a friend’s recommendation whose been a patient there for 16 years!

West Florida Pediatrics - Inverness Jada Canter: doctors are good; but front office never answers phone, returns messages or helps. I requested a paper be sent to school 6 months ago. still waiting for them to send it. (i went to health department and did it myself). If you can get an appointment, good luck
