1 /5 Miranda Alexander: I called them two hours ago for my cat’s records. Told them it was important because I have an appointment in a different city with a new vet that needed their records.
They took down the email I provided and my personal email.
I waited two hours….never received anything. Had my spouse call because they close at 5 (I work overnight) and they’re closed tomorrow when I have my appointment.
I called back to make it clear that it’s not just a check up. One of my cats are sick and they need her record to see her. My other cat just needs a check up…. But still.
During my first call, I could hear her typing and bringing every thing up, why not send it then?….ill bet a million bucks if my spouse didn’t call, I would’ve received nothing. My appointment would’ve been cancelled.
Or my cats would’ve had to been vaccinated for rabies again. No thanks.
I’ve had other problems with them and had to hop to another vet so my cat could get proper care for a urinary disorder. I spent tons of money without result. Went to a different vet and they performed an ultra sound and discovered my cat needed bladder surgery or prescription food….. obviously went with prescription food. And that’s about all Santa Rosa Vet clinic has been good for. Picking up Hills prescription food.
