5 /5 Raemarie Fotiathis: Honestly after my last vet experience I was really leary about trying another one because the last one had effects on my last pup just well lets just say it wasnt very good. But Hobbes was a champ in there with you guys you all were terrific with him. And you didnt do anything that made him fidget or get upset which really made a huge difference for us he left just as happy as when he went in and Daniel and I would definitely recommend all of you guys to anyone that we talked to about pets and vets and we will be coming back. Thank you so much for being so great with Hobbes cuz I know hes hes jumps a little bit and hes a licker LOL. Your whole staff made Daniel and I and our fur baby completely at home and we left with a smile on our face and Hobbes left with his tail just a wagging. He was an abused dog when we got him and hes just finally come into himself so to find a vet that hes just as comfortable with we are so pleased with that thank you for all that you guys did for us and Hobbes #Amazing. #Love #Awesome

1 /5 Miranda Alexander: I called them two hours ago for my cat’s records. Told them it was important because I have an appointment in a different city with a new vet that needed their records. They took down the email I provided and my personal email. I waited two hours….never received anything. Had my spouse call because they close at 5 (I work overnight) and they’re closed tomorrow when I have my appointment. I called back to make it clear that it’s not just a check up. One of my cats are sick and they need her record to see her. My other cat just needs a check up…. But still. During my first call, I could hear her typing and bringing every thing up, why not send it then?….ill bet a million bucks if my spouse didn’t call, I would’ve received nothing. My appointment would’ve been cancelled. Or my cats would’ve had to been vaccinated for rabies again. No thanks. I’ve had other problems with them and had to hop to another vet so my cat could get proper care for a urinary disorder. I spent tons of money without result. Went to a different vet and they performed an ultra sound and discovered my cat needed bladder surgery or prescription food….. obviously went with prescription food. And that’s about all Santa Rosa Vet clinic has been good for. Picking up Hills prescription food.

5 /5 Wango: Ladies at the front are the best. The vet tech and doctor were the most knowledgeable folks. Everyone is very sensitive about trying to get you in and out quickly without sacrificing anything. Just a great place all around. Got me in the same day for my dogs ear infection.

5 /5 Luke Sexton: They were very professional, receptive, and just as concerned for my fur baby as I was. Very reasonably priced. They planned out all my future pet needs. Dr. Stelling and Lacretia are the only vets I will bring my pets to. Definitely recommend. Thank you, Santa Rosa Veterinary Clinic.

5 /5 Tarah Freeman: I was very happy with the visi. Not only did they let me do a walk in at the last min. Literally, they closed at 5:30 & I walked in the office at 5:22 & was put right in a room. They figured out right away what was wrong with our fur baby. I had many questions being I was a 1st. Time bunny owner& wanted to know it all, Dr. Padgett was very patient with answering all my questions I had for him and made sure that I understood them. The staff was wonderful & so kind & the pricing was really reasonable as well. Ill definitely be back with our other fur babies.

Island Doctors - Milton Jane Edwards: I came to this doctors office to establish primary healthcare. I also spoke to the doctor about having severe neck pain which caused me to have to go to the emergency room and I feel that they didnt even listen to that or respond to that but were more concerned about me having lab work done prior to being able to get a referral to have my neck and back reviewed. I feel that they did not listen to me at all and being a new resident to Florida have made it very difficult for me to get the help that I need without jumping through hoops. I have a follow-up in January and if it goes better than this appointment did then I will update my review.

Milton Animal Hospital - Milton TincanlivingCo: Love Milton Animal Hospital. Had our first visit with our rescue puppy Gypsy. Dr. Mills was wonderful, answering all my questions. They are affordable too! Very lovely and friendly staff!

Jay Hospital - Jay Chris Johnson: Went to the ER 12/15/24 after a fall the night before. I could not walk. Severely pulled groin muscle and broken clavicle. They had to help me into wheel chair and then park my truck. After 2 hours and 2 x-rays the "orthopedic nurse", she called herself, told me nothing was broken. Verbatim-"I have to wait on radiologist but I do not put a lot of stock in them." They gave a 15 Ibuprofens and sent me home. They had to wheel me out to truck and help me in so I could drive home. Fast forward 2 weeks- After lying there suffering for 2 weeks I went to Sacred Heart where they immediately diagnosed me with broken clavicle. I finally got some relief from my suffering after two of the longest weeks ever. So they misdiagnosed me, and then sent me a bill. I brought this up to Ms Laura Nowling their Clinical manager. I told Ms Nowling of my situation and gave them a chance to rescind the bill. They chose not to and doubled down on their misdiagnosis and said the clavicle was not fractured. This place is pitiful at best!

Santa Rosa Medical Group - Primary Care - Navarre - Navarre Mazzy Makes: Both the receptionist and doctor I saw were amazing! They were so helpful and patient with me. I can’t say enough great things. And talk about spotless. Highly recommend.

Santa Rosa Medical Group - Family Medicine - Dogwood - Milton Cindy Boyer: I have had multiple problems with this place on several occasions. Its almost impossible to see a Dr or Np here. The staff near have no clue what is going on, they are rude and very uninformed, full of excuses and uncooperative. The call center is a joke.

Santa Rosa Medical Group - OB/GYN - Doctors Park - Milton Kristine G: Dr. Hinks is really great ! She is very caring and is spot on with her care and treatment. Her assistant is also really fantastic and makes sure to follow up on all inquiries ! Definitely recommend !

Sarasota Memorial Hospital - Sarasota William E. Battles III: From the directions on how to prepare for my MRI to the reception at the facility to being greeted by the Technician Mike, through the procedure and wrap up it was a very pleasant and thorough experience obviously by very competent people. I’m an Engineer and after the MRI I had a bunch of questions to Mike on the necessary of the noise and he took the time to update me on the Machines and the various types and further impressed me with his time. All good and would definitely go again.
