The price is always more than fair and the service is always performed with the utmost care. Chris is awesome as far as a business owner goes. He and his staff make you feel comfortable, like family and your vehicle is treated with the importance that it deserves. Highly recommend WESTSIDE AUTOMOTIVE!!!

5 /5 Timothy Bateman: Came to Jacksonville from out of town. Had a wheel bearing start to go bad so no driving 8 hours to get back home without fixing it. I called them and without getting into all the details about all they did to get me back on the road but within 3 hours of me calling them I was back on the road with the repairs I needed. Great service all the way around.

5 /5 Anna Kleen: Yesterday I went to Westside Automotive to have them check out my Jeep that was overheating. All the guys there were friendly and took great care of my Jeep. They were honest with the issue and had my Jeep fixed the same day. Highly recommend coming here!!

1 /5 Matthew Zercher: Do not take your car here. My 4Runner hasnt been the same since. Came in with a oil leak and let them talk me into $4000 of work and had to bring it back because they didnt fix the problem i brought it in for. My car still knocks when at high rpms and still leaks oil. I cant even drive by this place without cussing 4 years later. They actually made it worse and I had to find a reputable mechanic. They will sweet talk you about 50 something years in business and that they know what they are doing but they suck.

1 /5 L H: I would not recommend this place at all. They only "fixed" one of three issues we had with our truck. Plus they messed up a fuel gasket that caused a major fuel tank leak and tried to cover it up. I also had a Service Manual to the truck that was in that truck and its now gone. Waste of $800. I have to put one star in order to post this.
