    Leigh Williams: I was told $145 for an AC diagnosis ( very expensive compared to other mager companies). At check out I was charged $171.69. I called afterwards confused and told the extra charge was supplies. Shouldnt supplies be added into the quote? I was told $2247.09 to fix my AC. I left with a basic understanding, called back at a later date to get a better understanding of what was happening and why so expensive. John was really rude and short with me. He kept interrupting me also and kept raising his voice. I was asking questions like about the details of my vehicle and he said he didnt know and the person who worked on it wasnt there. There were no notes detailing the issue or who worked on my vehicle. He told me hed have the manager call me tomorrow. Im hoping when Diego calls me tomorrow hell have exact details. ***DO NOT RECOMMEND USING THESE GUYS!!!** I was treated poorly, over charged and it was not explained properly to me what the issue was with my AC system MIDAS ONLY CHARGES 89 and I got similar quotes from Firestone also. UPDATE: 6/26/25. After being told by John that the manager Diego would get in touch with me the next day, I still have not received a call.. DO NOT TRUST A COMPANY THAT WILL NOT EVEN CALL BACK WHEN YOU JUST SIMPLY WANT TO UNDERSTAND EXACTLY WHAT THEY FOUND WRONG IN YOUR VEHICLE

    Claire West: I will definitely go back! Went in for an oil change but they went over so much more, even rotated my tires all for one very reasonable price. All the employees were very friendly, professional and seemed very knowledgeable. The waiting room was nice and comfortable, even had drinks and snacks. It took more time than the 10 minute shops do but I think it was well worth it. I’m a female senior citizen and being stuck on the side of the road with a breakdown really frightens me. I feel my car is good to go after the service I had. Thanks guys!

    Sonya Randles: I have been coming to Leroy for 13 yrs. I have always had great service with a smile even. I do not trust my vehicle with anyone but Leroy. Alot of shops want to tell you it needs this and that and this to add to costs. Leroy only fixes what needs done. He always calls to let you know what it needs and the cost so you never have to wonder. I suggest his shop to anyone especially women who dont want to be taken advantage of at other shops

    Chayce Emling: I brought my car here recently for a diagnosis on a sticky gas pedal and rough acceleration. They checked my car out in a timely manner. But when they called me the next day, they informed me that they performed work on my car without authorization from me. They quoted me around $275 dollars for the tests on the throttle body (+other components) and some more for the cleaning of my MAF sensor. I was willing to overlook this as long as the problem was fixed. However, a few minutes after I drove off the pedal started sticking again. It is not stock and is a swapped engine, so I dont fault him for not finding the problem. Jeff was willing to call me after to answer some more questions and offered to take another look. I didnt take him up on this but appreciated the thought. Overall, communication was unclear and the price was not ideal, but Jeff is honest and a good mechanic.

My radiator and In fact DID NOT have a leak, my car just needed coolant… Also advised me to get rid of my perfectly good car… I drive a 2017 Nissan maxima that has never given me problems. Edit: after reviewing MY experience with this company. The owner text me and said “sorry for your inability to communicate…I don’t do service calls for free…you could have canceled” I never complained about paying $60 for him to come look at my car. I can in the review. Why would I cancel when I needed him to come look at my car…
