1 /5 Brandon Ross: After reading their fantastic Google reviews, we thought Winter Park Pediatric Dental would be a great fit for our 3-year-old. Unfortunately, we had encountered several appointment scheduling issues.
Details below.
Appointment #1 – We set an appointment for December 2024. A few days prior to the appointment, the dental office called us to reschedule. No reason was given but that’s OK. Not a big deal, we rescheduled the appointment for early January.
Appointment #2 – We received a phone call from the office about a week prior to the appointment, informing us that the office would be closed during our scheduled time. They said that some members of their staff were sick, so we needed to be rescheduled. That was understandable. Again, not a big deal. We set a new appointment for January 30th.
Appointment #3 – On 1/21/2025 at 2:07pm, I called their office phone to reschedule the appointment to Feb 3rd instead.
-On Feb 3rd, I arrived at their office and noticed that their doors were still locked. I called their phone number and couldn’t get through to a person after several attempts. Finally, I was able to confirm that they still only showed the January 30th appointment on their schedule, and they had no record of my February 3rd appointment. The Winter Park location wasn’t even open on Feb 3rd. They offered to reschedule us for a 4th time, however I declined.
I can’t keep rearranging my schedule, considering all the mishaps. Unfortunately, we will be going to a different dental practice.
