5 /5 Reagan at Bells Organic Maids: I highly recommend this dentist office for all of your dental needs! From the hygienists, to the assistants, to Dr Kong, office lady, etc. Theyre all wonderful. Dr Kong is very honest and helpful. Their prices are much better than other places and they provide exceptional work, and work well with your scheduling needs. Dr Kong works very hard and I am beyond thankful I went I chose this practice! Im so happy with my results and the knowledge I got from going here. The time and care you receive for the value is more than worth it. 10/10 recommend!!!

Above all, you will experience the dentists trustworthy treatment and reasonable prices. There may be individual differences, but if you need extraction or implants, I definitely recommend comparing it with other places. I am surprised by the much more reasonable prices and treatments than the dentists covered by my insurance, and I am satisfied with the doctors treatment.

5 /5 Patel Ramanlal (Ray): Summary: Dr. Kong has in-depth academic and working knowledge of Prosthodontist and general dentistry. He is very thorough, has good listening skill, always explain in detail the diagnosis and related treatments, very patience and courteous, and very importantly cost conscious for his patients. His good nature and customer friendliness also reciprocates in his staff. I went to Dr. Kong for 2nd opinion for somewhat complicated multi-teeth implant procedure. I was pleasantly surprised with his attention to cost effective treatment plan. I did not think Dentist like him ever existed. That was in early 2019. Ever since, I never found any reason to complain about him or his staff. I have recommended him to my friends and family.

5 /5 Ashley Ugas: This was my first time visiting Dr. Kong and WOW he exceeded my expectations and was very professional and welcoming. His entire staff is very friendly, welcoming, and so so sweet! I’ve never had such an amazing experience at any other dental office. His dental assistant Elisa was especially very gentle and caring and the sweetest person ever! Her X-Ray skills are one of the best I’ve ever seen, she made sure I was comfortable the entire time.If I could give her 10 stars I most definitely would! Can’t wait to go back soon

The dental hygienist Johany was also very nice and could speak to me in spanish which is the language I most comfortable with. All around very good service!

Id like to know tho why my daughter went through so much pain getting a tooth pulled by the oral surgeon on Tuesday on 1-13. They couldnt seem to get her numbed enough. Why? It was like I got her to go to an old fashioned place. She kept telling him it wasnt numb. But i guess got sick of it and yanked it out. She was in such pain it was ridiculous. Why did he do that to her? Now shes afraid to go back. I love Greensburg dental but I feel very bad I told her to go there. She paid $235 to be treated so bad?

I especially appreciated that my treatment plan was displayed on the screen for easy review, and the payment details (including what my insurance covered) were broken down with full transparency. That level of clarity is almost unheard of in the medical field, where surprise bills are often the norm. The only downside is getting there—thanks to the typical Kissimmee traffic on John Young Parkway. But once youre inside, the experience is worth it. Highly recommended!
