5 /5 Leo W: I am writing to express my sincere appreciation to Juan, the store manager, and Daniella, the cashier, at the Aeropostale store in the Edison mall. I recently purchased a few pieces of clothing from your store, but a week later when I went to wear one of the pants I realized that two of the pants still had the security tags on them.
I returned to the store two weeks later to have the security tags removed. I had misplaced my receipt, but Juan and Daniella were very helpful and understanding. They asked me a few questions to verify my purchase, but they didnt give me a hard time. They quickly and efficiently removed the security tags, and I was able to leave the store with my new clothes.
I was very impressed with Juan and Daniellas customer service. They were both friendly, professional, and helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure that I had a positive experience at your store.
