5 /5 Gary III: I recently visited this Zumiez location and was blown away by the help I received from Jacob Joseph. His customer service was absolutely impeccable. He was incredibly professional, attentive, and knowledgeable, making the whole shopping experience smooth and enjoyable. It’s rare to find that level of genuine helpfulness these days. If you stop by this store, definitely ask for Jacob!

1 /5 Foreign Laflare: I got racially profiled while shopping. In the mid of me shopping and trying on clothes I was prompted that they had suspicion that I was stealing? I only had 1 item left in my hand and 2 at the register. While looking for an outfit I was told to open my purse to show the contents. After showing my purse has no merchandise I was still told to hurry up and get out. I have never felt so disrespected and disappointed in a store. I’m so sorry but I will no longer be returning.
