She politely came and introduced herself, when she said she could help me with anything she meant it. After describing the type of blouse I preferred she looked for and found the perfect one! Hope she’s there for the long run!

PATIENCE CERTAINLY IS A VIRTUE FROM MILENA WHO KNOWS ANN TAYLORS STOCK AND THE CUSTOMERS NEEDS. MADE MY LIFE EASIER IN NOT HAVING TO GUESS WHAT WOULD WORK FOR ME. FELT LIKE A PERSONAL SHOPPER EXPERIENCE. CHECKING OUT AT THE REGISTER WITH CAVI WAS ALSO A POSITIVE AND EASY CONCLUSION TO THE TOTAL EXPERIENCE OF SHOPPING AT ANN TAYLOR, VERO BEACH OUTLETS. 1 /5 sarah lee: I live in Vero Beach but I would rather drive to the Ann Taylor store at Dadeland in Miami than set foot in this outlet store again. I went in hoping to redeem my birthday coupon and left without even making a purchase. My coupon was treated with suspicion and the sales associate with the Monroe piercing kept hounding me about opening an Ann Taylor credit card (even before I could look around to see what I could use the coupon on, or even make my way to the checkout). She even went as far as telling me I could cancel my Loft card just to open an Ann Taylor card. Seriously?! I have worked in retail, so I understand sales and the goals associates are expected to hit, but this was just borderline harassment.
