1 /5 KS: We have multiple incidents w this particular store. Most of the employees are rude. Before Christmas my daughter attempted to purchase something in store that wasn’t available. The employee ordered two of the item which is what she wanted. We received one of the items and never received the second. She was charged for both items on a gift card. It took hours and repeated phone calls to both the store and customer service. They were implying she was lying. How do we know if the employee charged her for 2 then pocketed the funds for one and sent only one item? Either way it should not have taken weeks of my daughter calling and emailing to get a $16 refund. Secondly, my other daughter, while shopping there a few weeks ago, informed an employee there was a nail sticking up out of the floor. She told the employee so no one would get hurt. The employee rolled her eyes and walked away. Then today, my daughter return some shoes for me. I sent her the order number and the bar code over text. For whatever reason the bar code wasn’t scanning. When my daughter attempted to make the screen brighter on HER phone, the employee snatched my daughters phone out of her hand and said “NO, let me do it.” I don’t think it’s ok for a multitude of reasons for anyone to do this without permission. We all make choices. If you choose to work in retail you should try to make it a pleasant experience for your customers.
