1 /5 Jackson Scott: I wasnt going to put up a review but this is really annoying. Not everybody that comes into a store is stealing. I came in to return two things that didnt fit dot gave her the receipt told the cashier I believe theyre both on there. She said one of the items wasnt and I said oh I thought I got them at the same time can you look it up by the number she didnt find it that way. Then she said the cashier must have not scanned it when I purchased it so I was giving it for free. LOL. She wanted to keep the jeans. Mind you theres a manager hovering while adjusting clothes listening to everything.. why couldnt she have just assumed that maybe I didnt punch my number in that day and it actually ended up being purchased separately. But to immediately assume it wasnt rang up and I took the jeans for free. Let me add that I did find the receipt in a different purse they were purchased. After I left. Because I was so upset. The manager came over right after the lady was laughing and said here take your bag hurry looks like you got a free item. Im still standing there getting my stuff back together and the manager comes over and starts whispering with her asking her whats going on and the ladies whispering back. It was the most uncomfortable thing. I was actually going to continue shopping in the store but I left, with the jeans that I had paid for previously. How unbelievably rude to whisper and Im a foot away because I tried to return a pair of jeans that werent on the receipt. Excuse me for forgetting that I did not purchase them together. Mind you the receipt how long is $200 worth of stuff on it anyway. And I was returning a little $10 shirt. If I hadnt already taken tags off of everything else and kept it I would have returned everything else back to that store. Never ever again will I go in that place and shop. Yall better work on your customer service and stop making people feel uncomfortable or embarrassed. If I hadnt had an autistic child with me I would have said something to you with your whispering behavior like somebody was trying to return a pair of unpaid for jeans. Like I said I found my receipt for those pants I couldnt fit in and return them to a different store. Shame on you manager with the long gray brown hair.
