Every item is amazing they have excellent quality and the white is the principal color.

2 /5 Paula Holman: Unwelcoming staff. Four employees working and not a single one acknowledged me in, during or leaving the store. Please educate your staff on the importance of proper customer service. Disappointing experience at my first Brandy store. I was there on 12/4 at 11am.

5 /5 Tatiana Grant: It is such a cute Brandy Melville store! I loved it! A lot of selection. The people that worked there were kind. I was very impressed at the organization and how they fit so much there in an easy way to find everything. There was a pattern to the organization.

1 /5 Ava Phillipine: i accidentally spilled a little bit of my coffee in the store, and all the workers glared at each other and acted like i committed a crime. i apologized multiple times and cleaned up the mess. no one offered to help and just left me with blank stares and attitude. with the way i was treated i should have left it on the floor and walked out, i even spent a lot of money which is why im disappointed and leaving this review. kindness goes a long way, the employees have a lot to learn.
