1 /5 Kayla Mastro: Store was labeled ‘everything 35 and under’. I do not usually shop here because it is overpriced. I found a dress off a rack also labeled ‘35 and under’. When I rang out, the dress was full price (66) dollars. Then after I had spent time in the store trying outfits on, I was told that it only applies to items 65 and under. This was a dollar difference and was not honored. the marketing was very misleading and then was not backed up by any good customer service.

1 /5 Cassie Adkins: Clothes are nice but the white chick with a big forehead and brown hair has to be racist. She kept following my friend and I as if we were going to steal and then started to harass us. There are multiple reasons for why we werent going to steal such as us both having designer , wearing stuff that was form fitting, and neither of us were the main age group that steals. If we have enough money to spend on designer why would we steal $10 jewelry, also the bags were small and we didn’t have baggy clothing so where would it even go. The only reason I could think for why we were treated this way was because I’m mixed and my friend is mexican. If she wanted to follow people that steal, she would know that the main demographic are middle school- freshman aged girls from middle class families. They clearly have racist and bigoted workers and if anyone wants anything from this brand I would go to a different store.

1 /5 Jonathan Hargrove: Absolutely terrible customer service. Ive never been into a store where people cared less about those shopping there. Instead of explaining a return policy because the chip on my card had gone bad the staff member literally said "Im not going to money launder". She shrieked with excitement in mid conversation after hugging a friend or hers that came in the door looked at me and said " so, do you want to store credit?" When I questioned other option, obviously at the time I never want to stop there again, she said to me "Look, I just work here." Unbelievable

1 /5 marlowe dimaria: i returned two dresses over 100$ with tags still on them bought last week but didn’t have a receipt. they gave me 26$ back because they have to put the cheapest price if there’s no receipt? never heard of any store doing that.

5 /5 Leila A: Had such a great experience here this weekend! Lily was the associate that helped me pick out dresses and she came to check in on me in the dressing room. I was dreading shopping my myself and she was so helpful and nice!
