1 /5 Marcus Bellard: I well never ever tell anyone about this store. The way Ive seen one of the owners treat a couple in that store. I would have recorded them and reported them to someone. The lady just dropped one of the plastic gel containers and the owner started to yell at her tell her "not to look at him and pick up now" like he was her father...he stepped in front of the couple as theyre trying to leave. The cashier stepped out in front of the couple as if was trying to fight the woman. I guess was African or something..the owner called his people from the back standing around like they were about to jumped the couple. She was just trying to leave so it wouldnt be drama her husband was getting held by his wife. A customer was coming in to the store and then and only then they got out the store. I hate people like this DONT SHOP WITH PEOPLE LIKE THIS..I LEFT THE ITEMS WAS BUYING AND LEFT..NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN..

1 /5 Ashley: Just lost a customer because of fake products. I paid almost $30 for this product which turned my child’s hair white. They wouldn’t exchange it. I would’ve paid the difference. The lady didn’t have an explanation for it, bad customer service.

5 /5 Amour Flower: This hair store is well shock and they have one item in different colors or styles. The staff is helpful with locating products and the sell clothes too

1 /5 MS: Avoid at all cost. Terrible customer service. Read the reviews. I should’ve listened to the reviews. Will never set foot in there again! The only thing you guys serve is attitude. The owner is quick to argue. The Jamaican girl is rude. Clearly I saw no exchange or store credit. But if your son didn’t mention card refund to me that day. I would not of mentioned that back, so be so for real. The only good customer service I received was infact from him. I wished I just did make him refund that day and left. Would’ve spared me from this encounter. Because he was very nice and considerate, don’t know his name or I would’ve mentioned. Check back your store audio footage and listen to it (which you probably won’t) because I know I wasn’t hallucinating when he said that! I barely write reviews but I had to write this one. Everyone else needs to go to customer service training, quite frankly. Especially the owner. No professionalism, you guys are a joke honestly. Not driving another 25 minutes to be met by a lack luster experience. All you guys are good for is giving attitude! Never once raise my tone, very calm throughout the encounter and the owner says I’m arguing?! lol

5 /5 Ms. K: I was impressed with the hair variety. They have everything you need for your beauty needs. I think they would get more business if the building pooped out from the others. To me it looks like a old cement storage facility. Make it modern and spice it up a bit. The workers were very helpful and polite. Ill be back guys. Great job
