Burlington - Fort Myers (FL)

1 /5 Nick T: Young cashier girl with short curly hair and a tattoo on her forearm has very poor customer service. She was on her phone the entire transaction. I told her I had a rewards number and she said I could put it in afterwards but never prompted it so I just left without a bag since one wasnt offered. I hope her texts were more important than my service.

2 /5 Karen Smith: I was so excited to see this store. Selection was good and the lady at the fitting room was very nice. My issue was with the cashier. She didn’t even say hello! She ONLY spoke in Spanish.. I thought I lived in Florida, not Mexico. She knew the word next !! I guess everyone is supposed to just cater to people who can’t even learn English or say thank you. Perhaps you can teach some basic grammar in English because people deserve to be thanked for giving this store their hard earned money.

3 /5 dano: Depends on which Burlington you go to... Over the store intercom, spanish music plays, even the dress room it gets louder... This was the page field Fort Myers location... Its okay to be proud of your roots, but remember this is still America....
