1 /5 Samantha Taylor: The store is ALWAYS a disaster! You have to step over stuff, move things to get around & forget finding anything on the racks! It’s such a mess. I’d rather not even look than have to deal with the disaster it is. They desperately need people to clean up & organize throughout the day.

5 /5 Steven Carducci: Ive been shopping here since 2018. I feel like this place has always had great brands for cheap with a great selection. Availability of products went down tremendously during COVID but I think the selection is back again. People complain about the store being messy, just remember the workers didnt make that mess its the people shopping their that mess it up. Burlington doesnt have a lot of people working as that is one of the ways they pass savings to the customer. Maybe people could be better stewards while shopping in a store that theyre guests in. 1 /5 Donovan Fraser: I initially rated this store five stars, but after my recent experience, I’m compelled to change it to one star. Upon entering, I noticed that all the shopping carts were dirty and filled with trash, making them unusable. Worse, I stepped in human feces smeared across the floor in one of the aisles. Employees walked by without addressing it, so I informed a manager at the front desk. Unfortunately, the manager responded with an attitude, showing no concern for the issue or the fact that I had gotten feces on my shoes. When I emphasized how unacceptable this was, she became defensive, offering no apology or plan to resolve the situation. This experience was deeply disappointing, and it reflects poorly on the store’s management. I strongly recommend that the general manager investigate this location and consider new leadership to ensure daily operations meet basic standards of cleanliness and customer service. I will not be returning to this store.

1 /5 Shantee Frazier: Went to the Vero location on June 20nd and was told by Sharon (who was pleasant) and Pam (who had a blunt, unconcerned attitude) that they werent doing layaway at the moment. So I called the Melbourne location to see if they were doing it and they told me yesterday. On June 22nd I called them again to see if I could make payments at a different location and I was told I could. So went to the Melbourne location (which is about 30 miles away) and placed a layaway. I asked the cashier (Samantha) if I could make payments at a different location (just to confirm) and she said yes. Today, I went to make a payment at the Vero, they cant pull up my layaway because its at a different location. Mind you, I asked multiple times and got the same answer. I told them I was in the store last month to place a layaway and was told they werent doing at the time. Well, what Pam and Sharon failed to tell me was that during their inventory, they dont do layaways. But I couldve came back the next day to make one. And today, Pam still had that unconcerned attitude like she could care less and whoever I spoke with at the Melbourne location (which Im guessing was the manager), had the same attitude like she really didnt care that I was told the wrong information. Yall gotta do better Burlington
