1 /5 James Gonzales: some weirdo was looking into the changing room stalls and creeping on girls, and store owner did absolutely nothing about it. he roamed freely afterward with no consequences and still purchased things.

4 /5 Michelle Gagnier: I never really go into Rue 21, but was happy to see some XS clothes which seem to be hard to come by. I liked options and cost of clothes… But… I didn’t like being told that we had to checkout or come back in 10 minutes as they were closing down so the 4 girls working could use the restroom. We went back 15 minutes later… store was still closed. Checked back at 20, 30, and 40 minutes. We were about to leave and saw at 48 minutes that the doors were unlocked. All the changing rooms were closed. This was mid day around 2pm. Unprofessional and unacceptable. Couldn’t one person use the rest room then the next person could go? No other stores close down their changing rooms and definitely never seen a store close in the mall so workers could use restroom all together.

1 /5 Cory Pommerencke: Recently went to a reopened location on the grand opening day to check out the grand opening deals to get some clothes for my children for some back to school shopping and the music was so loud upon entering I couldn’t even hear or talk to someone next to me. I also had my autistic son with me who has sensory issues to loud music and sounds and requested that they turn the music down a little since it sounded like they were having a concert in there. I’m also hard of hearing and it was STILL too loud for me. They refused multiple times saying different things each time. They said they didn’t have access to the music. Then they said they weren’t aloud to adjust the volume. Then they said the area manager wanted the volume that loud. Then they said that it was on the lowest setting and it’s been even louder than that on other occasions. I was appalled at the lack of customer service and respect for the customers. I immediately turned around and left and they will not give them another dollar from me. On top of it they didn’t even have a corporate number or customer service line to call about the issue. Shame on you Rue 21!

5 /5 Ellen Jeann: I Love the atmosphere here. The employees and managers are so bubbly. It makes me feel welcome in the store. Not to mention the amazing deals they have a specially plus size. Actually today I bought five dollar skin tight leggings that are plus size and size 3X. Can you believe it was only $5?

5 /5 MELANY BRADSHAW: I hadn’t been inside a rue 21 in many years. I stopped in to look at shoes not knowing that they don’t carry them in that store. HOWEVER, I was NICELY greeted by a girl named Carli. She told me about how to get $10 off, told me about the daily sales and went on her way. While shopping I heard her from time to time checking on customers and greeting everyone with a smile. Sometimes workers are super aggressive when trying to get you to apply for a card. I appreciate her not making me feel uncomfortable. She was a very pleasant girl. Just want to say Carli you are awesome!!
