1 /5 Latoya Walkin: I went to Burlington‘s yesterday February 9, 2026 at 11:53 AM I noticed the store manager Andrew Walking past so I asked for help for a specific black hoodie with a cross Like one that I’ve purchased from there before he talk to me he also gave me a hug and his condolences on the behalf of my sons death We then separated to find the black hoodie he went on one and I went to another end he then said to me I found a hoodie I think this hoodie is nice and I believe this one would fit you so he handed me the hoodie with the hanger I said thank you I was in a rush and I just needed a black hoodie so I proceeded to the register once I handed the black hoodie over to the cashier she took the hoodie off the hanger then she poured at least six alarm tax from the hood of the hoodie we were both shocked I am a valuable Customer there and every other Burlington’s that is in Brevard county I am well known I spent a lot of money there I am mostly known from coming in with my poodle however once she poured the alarm tags from the hoodie we were both shocked I felt disrespected I felt set up I felt sad angry I asked her to call Andrew I said to her your store manager literally just handed me over this hoodie I went from the men’s department right to the register she called him up when he came up and I mentioned it to him he turned really Red and apologize and said he had no clue and it was just really weird and awkward however this is not the end of this story I will be taking this higher because the cameras will not lie I will not be treated this way I am not a criminal and no one else should be treated this way there’s no way a store manager is helping a customer out going through several different racks pulling out a hoodie and not knowing and seeing a hood full of alarm tag this was all a set up and I wish you nothing but the best in life Andrew I spend a lot of money in this store hundreds of dollars at a time I feel very disrespected I feel as if Andrew himself put the alarm tag in the hoodie to set me up this is heartbreaking and I’m wishing you nothing but the best in life Andrew God bless you

5 /5 WeeWonder Miller: Burlington is a hidden gem on Wickham Road where you will find lots of great bargains. Ive been shopping here since it opened last year on a regular basis. The store is clean, tidy and well stocked. The staff and management team work very hard to please and provide excellent customer service, despite this areas demanding customer base and biased opinions. No shortage on new items every week as new shipments arrive weekly and the markdowns are fabulous! They have a little of EVERYTHING and merchandise sells quickly. Ive had the pleasure of meeting and speaking with the management team, they are the most down to earth and helpful individuals. You can see the staff works hard to keep the merchandise organized, in the proper racks and the store is very clean. For these types of stores the cliental can be challenging but the staff are there to help and manage all kinds. Adding a Burlington store is the areas best plus.

2 /5 Darline Love: They don’t have any dresses for parties everything they have. It’s super 70s things I will never wear and also they don’t have enough clothes for juniors. They don’t have any prom dress. Everything they have is just super ugly. I do not recommend this place if you’re looking for a nice dresses,if you’re looking for jeans, T-shirt and shoes, that’s the place for you but anything fancy you wanna go to a gala or something nah
