Burlington - Hollywood (FL)

5 /5 Carol Willis: I swear I go to a Burlington store almost everyday and cant find clothes that fit me. I wear size 8 but Burlingtons size 8s are too small, so I tried size 10 which is too big. Their prices are great and the clothing styles are trendy; just not cut to dit my body. I need new clothes! Any suggestions on where else I can shop for my new wardrobe?

1 /5 Erica Pace: This store literally have the worst of the worst customer service !!! I ask two sales associates how can I purchase a purse thats chained up & get a layaway so that I dont have to get back in line . So both the sales associates said oh! Our manager is in the back counting money & shes the only that can get any of these things . So Im standing in the line with two cashiers manager still hasnt came to the front . I dont know whos the manager is at this store but she clearly dont know good leadership skills whats so ever !!! Leaders dont let their team drown !!! You step in & help your team !!! Smh and security looks like hes a high school kid thats just here in his phone . If they were mystery shopped would definitely fail . Sonny suppose to be the manager a customer told me that was in line for a hour . Whomever the district manager is they definitely need to re-evaluate the manager & everyone else so that they would be train properly.

1 /5 Jorge Batista: This store is a joke Joshua the cashier told me that he doesn’t fold clothes. I came to this location to buy 5 pair of pants and he straight out told me, he doesn’t fold clothes basically his throwing the clothes I bought into a bag have some respect. Management needs to do a better job when a comes to hiring employees he doesn’t like his job at all. JOSHUA is a liability to your company and your store as well.

1 /5 Flores JeanLouis: I went there to shop yesterday, and a gentleman working there came into the womens bathroom to see if I was stealing, which goes against my character, and it was humiliating. I did not even bother to file a formal complaint because I wont be going back there.
