1 /5 Damaris Santiago: New store and the worse , waiting line 20 min, 18 customer waiting in line to check out and 1 cashier, my first and last visit to this store

1 /5 Ashley Jasmin: Loyda was SUPER RUDE. First questioning me why I’m taking forever to put the things in the counter, that we need to hurry up because the store closes at 12 girl it is 11:25! THEN questioned me why I needed another bag when I’m CLEARLY pregnant and she STUFFED the bag COMPLETELY, which was obviously too heavy for me to carry in one bag. I’m NEVER coming back to this location. Never had such a humiliating experience. I’d fire her immediately, no one should be discriminated like that.

1 /5 Angie Velez-Tuftee: Could not believe the Manager by the name of Jahira was an actual Manager. Went to store to return an item & she was very rude & unprofessional! I’m glad I called Burlington Corporate Customer who gave me options..one being go to a different store, which I did & had no problem whatsoever. I will never go back to the Kissimmee JYP store! Jahira has no business being in Management!

5 /5 Janet: I like the store the prices were very good and they had some nice clearance items as well they had a good fitting room very clean and the associates are helpful
