1 /5 Jocelyn M: These ladies in the store were absolutely rude to me and my friends. I hope this gets addressed with them I’m not sure their names but they were both well over 50 and one had glasses.

2 /5 michelle spencer: There were two sales ladies in the store front. One was kind and helpful, and the other was rude and condescending. I was there with my mother, and when we left the store, we both made comments to each other about the same rude lady! Zero stars for the arrogant sales person and 4 stars for the sales person who rang up my purchases.

1 /5 Lee Kupperman: We come to Naples several times a year. Here ar now in our lovely hotel. When we stayed here last month I had the worst experience at this Chicos. I am a huge Chicos fan and I was treated so rudly at this store. A mean lady invaded my personal space making ridiculous suggestions with outfits I would never wear I tried to avoid her and she would block my space. I had to keep asking her to move away from me! So condescending and they made so many mistakes in my order. I have a pair of shorts that are 2 sizes too big and dontknow how they got into my bag, wrong readers, they ordered wrong color Zenery matching pants to a jacket I had and did not put an item I paid for in my bag and didnt realize it until I got back to Palm Beach! I could walk there right now and buy fall clothes for trip to NH but instead I will drive to Waterside Chicos in N Naples out of my way. Wont be humiliated again and they act like Ima criminal. They acted like I was stealing or they just wanted me to leave, following me around in my space. Never again!

1 /5 Stephanie Gutierrez: As soon as I walked into the store this elder employee asked what I was looking for and I said looking around to find something for my mother and she basically walked me out and said there’s a store across the street that’s more fitting to my age but she basically kicked me out just because the clothing in the store is for mature women. The store was nice just not the lady.

1 /5 Hailey Castinetti: Staff was incredibly rude when I went in to return a necklace that broke before I even got to wear it. The attitude they had towards me was unacceptable.
