1 /5 Jasmine: The prices and items were fine for a city trend but the associates have no issue talking about the costumers loud enough for them to hear. Me and my mother and my two year old son went in to look to see what we can find. My son was running around us since there’s no carts and in an instant he dashed for the door without my knowing but my mother tried to follow him. In that moment a worker stepped in front of him and stopped him. I don’t believe the door was even open and he wouldn’t have been able to open it, but thank you for your rescue. However after what she did she proceeded to speak horrible of me to her coworker saying “what is she doing” and “she’s just standing there” loud enough for me and my mother to hear. Even after hearing her verbal jabs I still said my thanks, but I believe you should train your workers to keep their sour thoughts to themselves or in private conversations that customers don’t hear. It was my first time in the store and it was a bad one, and it explains why there’s barely any traffic in there. I hope this keeps other customers from getting their feelings hurt or motivates the business to invest in shopping carts.
