3 /5 Devon murrray: The lines in this location are disgusting!! The day I went they only had 3 cashiers and when I got in line it was back up till the clothing aisles. When I asked the cashier is always busy like this? she said yeah and Im thinking to myself if they know its crazy busy then why wont they hire more people or have more people working at this time? She said she thinks that maybe theyre trying to save money! So theyre saving money to waste your time standing in line!? Ross is a great store but management needs to have more people working at the registers.

1 /5 Marcus Johnson: Usually when I come here I don’t have any issue but today I had bought a cologne. I walk out the door after purchasing the item and as I go to smell it when I opened it, it feel out my hand and broke. I went back to the store to try and switch it out for another one I saw that was the same exact price they denied me from being able to switch it out cause of it breaking outside of store property which I was confused about cause why they’d have me pay again when it’s the same brand and price. And then also denied me a refund so now I couldn’t even get my money back for something I never got a chance to even use. I just think that’s messed up.

1 /5 Bovin Punwasie: I bought a watch for a gift box was missing insert they had the missing part of box but refuse to make the package right . I have been shopping at this store for years but will never return to this location because I feel cheated and to surprise my sales person was the manager witch he was not helpful at all even though he had the power to make it right .

5 /5 Jenn Santiago: Ross is my go-to for anything and everything! Theyre super affordable, and during these times they have social distancing and sanitizer.

1 /5 Abdo Yamane: Absolutely terrible experience with Indra. She was rude, dismissive, and treated me like I didn’t matter. I felt completely disrespected and discriminated against. Her attitude was unprofessional and downright mean. It’s shocking how someone like that is allowed to deal with customers. Clearly, she lacks basic training and empathy.
