5 /5 junior Googles: I came into the store looking for a Hydro 40 ounce cup and Daniel helped me out for about 20 minutes past her time she needed to leave and clock out just to find me one for my wife. She was a great help and she went over and above to help me and i just wanted to Show my appreciation

5 /5 Matthew: Girl there went above and beyond for me was super efficient and knowledgeable with all products even brand new ones knew the product codes located a newly pair of youth Oakleys in the box not the display and gave me discounts tried to save me as much as she could. Did not get her name but she was tall and looked spanish maybe a manager not sure but the white guy working there with the gold necklace is very on point too extremely knowledgeable efficient and polite above an beyond thankyou for everything I definitely made out coming here and came all the way from deland because this is the best dicks sporting goods in the world

4 /5 Chris: Clean store overall, but definitely a lower volume one as most shelves and racks were not replenished nor full and alot of clearance merchandise. That being said, good layout and always has top of the line goods there.

1 /5 Kelly Geiger: Disappointed with the return policy. If the product doesn’t work, they won’t take it back if it’s been used—even just once to discover the issue. It makes no sense, especially when trying it is the only way to see if it functions properly. I wouldn’t recommend purchasing unless you’re 100% sure it’ll work for you. The “manager” Darren, was 0 help. They allowed me to return an air pump that punctured my hand blood vessels as it didn’t work and the float that was false advertisement that was clean as can be even still smells like rubber and inside the box they wouldn’t return when I just made this purchase yesterday and I asked if they didn’t work I’d be able to return… definitely won’t be making purchases at dicks anymore.

1 /5 Steven: Why would you put security tags like this on camping backpacks? It makes it impossible to try them on. Its cheaper, more convenient, and better selection shopping online. The single advantage to shopping in person is being able to test the fit of these products, and you effectively eliminated the one and only advantage you would have over online shopping. They get one star because thats all I can give for a company that doesnt support America or the constitution, I do shop here only because of the lack of options in Lake City.
