1 /5 Anthony Mariano: Awful experience! Prior to my husband recent death, I called Miss Patty to check on my china cabinet that she had listed a month prior for the full price she was asking. She told me that a couple were building a home, put down a $500.00 deposit and they would be ready for it in May 2025! I called to check again in May and she waited yet another month to send a check. I was expecting a check for the full amount promised. The check was only written for half that amount! She gave me yet another excuse that she sold it for half price in her sale, never alerting me! I told her she was ripping me off!! Below you can see the seething text she sent to my phone.:
“ U had a right to talk to me that way..U dont even know me. To slander my name. Keep talking. Talking is cheap. U got the list price in your head . I sold it and took a while. So I am giving u a heads up. For your actions. And your mouth. I have stopped payment on the check until u write a letter of apology. . Read the contract his name only.. end of subject. “
This is how she treated me just after the death of my husband! I did not get anything at all for the furniture! She truly did stop payment and I refuse to write an apology. I wonder just how many people she has treated like this! She also has two other items of mine in her store and I’m sure I won’t see any money for those items either! Do not trust her!
