She was the only associate working, yet completely owned the environment with calm professionalism and welcoming energy. The store was spotless and well-organized, which reflected her attention to detail and pride in her work. Jeanine was incredibly helpful; present and available without being pushy. She offered thoughtful, well-timed suggestions that genuinely enhanced my shopping experience. I walked in planning to buy two shirts and left with four, all of which I’m very happy with. 5 /5 Val Spadoni: This NEW DXL Big & Tall store is a huge upgrade from the old Casual Male XL! The selection is amazing, with a wide variety of clothes that actually fit true to size, which makes shopping so much easier. Everything I tried on fit perfectly. The store itself was super clean and well organized, and the stylists were very friendly and helpful without being pushy. They made the whole experience comfortable and enjoyable. On top of that, the rewards program is a great perk. Overall, this store has so much more to offer than Casual Male ever did, and I’ll definitely be coming back! THANK YOU DXL CREW

5 /5 Erick Wight: I tried on basically the whole big and tall department at Dillard’s and nothing fit. But as usual, when I went to DXL, every single thing I put on fit perfectly. The guy running the place is really friendly and helpful too. Forgot to get his name to shout him out, but great dude! He’s helped me out every time I’ve gone in there, and even gave me an extra discount as a wedding gift. If you’re a big boy, highly recommend you go here to find what you’re looking for!
