1 /5 Roshanda Kitchen: The only reason I give a 1 star is because of the interaction that took place today in the store. The last time I came in the store was my very first time and the atmosphere was so good I came back today and I wore one of the outfits I brought last time. But today the person who rung me up was so rude!! She told me to come on she was ready to check me out I said I’m waiting for my daughter she is asking the young sale associate lady about the pants bc they have a hole in them, the cashier said “we are aware of that” I said well she asking can she get an extra off on them bc of the rip/hole in them. She said they are final sale! I said yep I’m aware that’s why I’m asking for a discount ( thinking to myself they will be hard to get rid of bc of the hole, so if I get a discount and just buy them maybe I can get someone to sew them up) we proceed to ring me up and she was very short patience with me bc I was trying to do Klarna and it didn’t work so I gave her cash and she snatched the money from my hand. My daughter looked over to see if she had a name badge, she didn’t see one so I told her it’s ok we will do a review and IF we come back she want be ringing us up. When we walked out we let the lady (short hair looked like she can be mixed race)with the hat on you helped us last time and you was so nice and helpful thank you. I don’t know if this help but I will be leaving the information that was on my receipt so you tell who the young lady was.(pink and purple hair) that was rude, because I spent $100 in this store today and was so excited about going back and left out disappointed. Ps - Thank you to the other young lady with all black on that help me with the dressing room.
