1 /5 saltedcheeks: Check your items carefully and be 100% sure of your purchase because they don’t do returns. It’s not clear or visibly posted. It is not printed on the receipt. There was no verbal notification. If it had been printed on the receipt I wouldn’t have gone to the store.
A customer service oriented attitude can go a long way. When people are met with kindness and compassion they will still want to continue to be customers.
It’s so much easier to start with, “I’m sorry, this is our policy.”
The workers were kind when not around the influence of the manager’s attitude.
