5 /5 Jacqueline Milhollan: Needed to pick up a pair of pants and a light sweater for a last minute casual outfit because its going to be chiller than usual this trip & I forgot to bring down anything for weather below 70°. I didnt want to spend a lot because I probably wont wear it a ton, but needed it quickly. Absolutely sweetest and most helpful staff. Cute selection, cant beat the prices, nice casual finds, and genuinely friendly staff. Would definitely shop here again, found two pieces I will probably wear again actually. Great lightweight knits.

1 /5 Skinny Margarita: Visited this store on Sept 16. I love all the merchandise but the staff are snotty and rude. I think I spoke specifically with a manager, as she seemed to be the dominant person in-store. I was buying a pair of sunglasses and asked if they provide a wipe with it and that lady who seemed to be the manager told me she can spray windex on it If I wanted to. Her tone didn’t sound nice at all. Sales associate not even a store manager shouldn’t treat customers like this, like you’re a more superior person than the customer??It’s not even a luxury brand so I don’t know why associates are snotty? 5 /5 Ebru Dagli: I was literally was there 10 minutes ago. I bought skirt belt and ring. The service is great. Either Katharina or Kathleen(blond) was extremely polite. I accidentally forgot my ring there and she run behind me to give it back! I wouldn’t ask a better service. Love the story! Love free people

5 /5 Linda Madson: I’ve never had a better experience in a store. The store looked beautiful!! But more important I was greeted by a friendly staff that was knowledgeable and helpful. But not pushy. South Beach is an intimidating area and the staff was warm and welcoming. Stylish and on trend. Here’s my story: I was gathering things I wanted and trying on fabulous jewelry. In the process I took off two very valuable rings. One of which was my wedding ring. I had to leave suddenly and was planning on coming back. Long story short I had to leave suddenly and planned on coming back. I couldn’t get back before I had to catch a plane to Denver. On the plane I realized I didn’t have my rings! I couldn’t do anything about it till the next day. I reached out and they had my rings safely in their safe. Lauren the manager remembered me when I called and couldn’t have been nicer!! I could go on and on. But long story short I was treated so well. Placed a small order but was treated like a queen. And I have my rings on their way to me. Love this store and the staff is beyond great!!!
