1 /5 Sofia Aleman: Worst store location ever. This is the second time I come to this mall and this store always has the worst costumer service. The lack of respect is like nothing I’ve ever experienced. 15 before closing the refused to let us in even though my mother and brother were already inside and I was coming in just to paid the check. Staff is untrained and don’t even know how to do returns. So sad for a such a well known brand to be this unprofessional and delivered such a poor customer service.
