2 /5 J A: Shopped today at the Boca location, was so surprised how ignored I felt as a customer. Bought one item and left, then went next door to Chicos where all the sales people made me feel welcome and were a team. Bought my suede coat from them as so much nicer!! If you are in management at this store, it is an awful shopping experience unless the associate recognizes you. It was truly a poor shopping experience, I love the item I purchased so certainly not deserving of one star.

1 /5 Stacy Phillips: Horrible service, especially for a tiny store. In 30 minutes in the store, the one person working the register never called for anyone to help with checkout and no one ever helped in the dressing room. When the 2nd of 3 ee’s came to check someone else out (despite my having been waiting), I left.

4 /5 Tracey Warren: Theyre okay. Store has a separate entrance next to the mall entrance. My only negative is that they dont carry my size. So I only visit to return things. I get frustrated because they always offer me the option to sit on a stool and order from the catalog. No thanks, I can order from the comfort of my home. Saving $8.00 is not that important to me. Everyone is mostly polite.
