5 /5 Mary Curran: Important to mention Karen at this store. She was 5 STAR amazing - arrived in FL from northeast, realized I hadnt packed warm pants for the cold the spell. I called the store, explained my dilemma, Karen pulled a few things for me so when we arrived in Tampa, I could walk in and try on. She looked up my prior purchases, and i was amazed at her care. She even sent a HANDWRITTEN TY note via good ol snail mail - so thoughtful. Ive been shopping in a NJ location for a couple of years - never received a note. Instead of ordering online, I intend to order directly from this store in the future - they went above and beyond. Thank you Karen.

5 /5 Krissy Knutson: I just wanted to give a huge shout out to Melissa for going above and beyond in my search for the perfect shirt. The shirt I wanted wasn’t available online in my size so I decided to call my local store to see if one was in-stock. Sadly, none were available. However, Melissa located 3 stores across the country and offered to call each of them to have one shipped to me. When I told her I could do the leg-work, she carefully looked up each locations phone numbers and read them to me over the phone. This is what A+ customer service is all about! Thank you to Melissa for going above and beyond! My new shirt is on its way and Im on my way to wine country looking and feeling fabulous!
