5 /5 Crystal Marie: All of the associates working the store today were phenomenal! I was greeted as soon as I entered and they periodically checked on me as I walked around. The store has many options to choose from and the items are organized very nicely. The dressing room attendant was genuinely helpful and her attention to detail on how some items fit me was much appreciated. To top it off, the pair of jeans I bought were on sale and I walked out as a very happy customer! Gracias Loft Ladies!

1 /5 Tina Chlapowski: Long time customer who will never gift Loft another dime of my money. Set a bag down to look at folded sweaters and mistakenly left the bag behind. Called the next morning before the store was open to ask if they had my bag and whoever answered the phone was so incredibly rude it was infuriating. I was kind and grateful, tried to give my name and say when I would be in to pick up and her exact words were “I don’t have time for this, I have a million things to do” and she literally hung up on me. I guess you’re only considered a valuable customer if you’re standing in front of them with your credit card. Wishing I hadn’t spent several hundred dollars there the night before. There is never a valid excuse to treat someone that way!

1 /5 Nur Sucu: I bought a jacket online for 70% off because they were out in stores, and received it wrinkled with makeup on the inside neckline. I went into this location to exchange it with a different item because they were out of these jackets everywhere but still wanted my 70% off. I moved here from Chicago and they honor the same discount as an exchange with any other product. The Manager at this location refused to honor my coupon and said they never do this. I do not know her name but her associate number is 322546. I was very mad when I left the store because she refused to give me a simple 70% off a different item, even though the way I received my item was unacceptable. I just came back from Chicago and I did all my shopping there. They honored my 70% off there with no questions asked and said they do this all the time when I asked. I do not understand why the manager at the international mall refused to do this for me and gave me a hard time about it. The management is very unprofessional and shouldn’t be making the customer mad when leaving the store.

1 /5 Melissa Brundell: If you want your shopping experience RUINED go here. Just because I had some VIP rewards the lady messed up, she was so rude. I will go to another store in the future. I was having a great day until encountering her! Nearly $500 later and a horrible experience.

1 /5 Radu Grama: They seem to have skipped the customer service class. I had to wait for 5-10 minutes while the shop assistants were doing literally nothing. I asked for the item I bought - a gift for my wife - to be gift wrapped. I was handed over a flat box to assemble myself and no gift tissue paper. Do I really look like the IKEA man?
